On 16 March 2026, a workshop bringing together experts on T-Labs in Lublin, focused on rain garden systems, was held at the Urban Lab in Lublin, Poland. Participants included representatives of the City of Lublin—the Department of Greenery, the Department of Strategy and Investor Relations, and the Youth Policy Office.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of Polish Waters and higher education institutions, including the University of Life Sciences in Lublin and the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. Landscape architects and urban planners also took part in the workshop. In total, the event gathered 20 participants.

The main objective of the meeting was to map key stakeholders involved in the management of rain gardens in Lublin by identifying their levels of awareness, interest, and influence, as well as discussing potential engagement strategies.
Participants identified the most important entities supporting these solutions and potential implementation barriers, which helped to better understand the network of cooperation between institutions.
Among the key conclusions was the need to strengthen cooperation between municipal units and external partners, as well as to continue efforts towards implementing rain gardens in Lublin.
The role of non-human stakeholders was also emphasised, with particular consideration given to native species and pollinators.
